Staten Island Baseball Poem Contest

Please print and mail this form, attached to your poem, by the July 31st deadline. No names on your poems please! All judging will be conducted by Poets House, and the decisions of the judges are final. Please limit your poem to 1 page.

There are three age categories (under 9, 9-12, and 13 and up), and one winner will be selected from each age category. Winners will receive tickets to a Staten Island Yankees home game, and will get to read their winning entry aloud at the game! Note that entries are accepted only from Staten Island residents.
