Eco-Poetry
This workshop will explore one of the most important poetic movements of our time, Eco-Poetry, which refers to poetry about: nature, water, ecology, environmental justice, animals, waste, and climate change. We will read poems by well-known eco-poets and discuss form, technique, rhetorical strategies, and ethics. We will write original eco-poetry based on prompts and writing exercises. Lastly, attendees will share their work and receive constructive feedback.

All are welcome, space is limited. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available. Please email support@poetshouse.org with any questions.
