Red Hen Press Reading featuring Philip Schultz, t’ai freedom ford, and Lisa C. Krueger

Philip Schultz is the founder and director of the Writers Studio in New York. He is the author of numerous poetry collections, including the Pulitzer Prize-winning Failure. Schultz has been a Fulbright Fellow, NEA Fellow, New York Foundation for the Arts Fellow, and a Guggenheim Fellow.

t’ai freedom ford is a New York City high school English teacher, Cave Canem Fellow, and author of the forthcoming how to get over. In 2014, she won the Feminist Wire‘s inaugural poetry contest, judged by Evie Shockley. She is a 2015 Center for Fiction Fellow and a 2016-2016 Emerge-Surface-Be Fellow, sponsored by the Poetry Project.

Lisa C. Krueger is a poet and clinical psychologist. She is the author of four books of poetry, most recently Run Away to the Yard. She maintains a private therapy practice focused on women’s issues, health psychology, writing therapy, and the role of creativity in wellness.
