Janice Lowe is a poet and composer. She has composed for plays and musicals, and performed with the experimental bands HAGL, w/o a net, and Digital Diaspora. She is a co-founder of the Dark Room Collective. LEAVING CLE poems of nomadic dispersal (2016) is her first full-length collection of poetry.
Michael Morse’s debut poetry collection Void and Compensation (2015) was a finalist for the 2016 Kate Tufts Discovery Prize. He has been the recipient of fellowships from the Fine Arts Work Center and the MacDowell Colony. A poetry editor at The Literary Review, he teaches at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School and the Iowa Summer Writing Festival. He lives in New York City.
Solmaz Sharif’s first book of poetry, Look, came out in 2016. She has been the recipient of a number of honors and fellowships, among them a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Fellowship, the Wallace Stegner Fellowship, and a Rona Jaffe Foundation Writer’s Award. Formerly the Managing Director of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop, she is currently a Jones Lecturer at Stanford University.
Vincent Toro is a poet, playwright, and educator. A 2014 Emerging Poets Fellow at Poets House, he has been the recipient of a number of awards and grants, among them a fellowship from the New York Foundation for the Arts. He teaches at CUNY Bronx Community College and for the Dreamyard Project. His first poetry collection, Stereo.Island.Mosaic. (2016) won the 2015 Ahsahta Press Sawtooth Poetry Prize.
