This writer’s talk features poet, sound artist, and performer Caroline Bergvall discussing the ways in which she works with medieval texts in her own interdisciplinary and multilingual writings. The talk will consider Chaucer’s “The Wife of Bath’s Tale” and Bergvall’s wide-ranging feminist reimagining of the text in her book-length poem Alisoun Sings.
