The Free Sonnet

In this workshop we will write sonnets, both traditional ones that follow the Petrarchan or Shakespearean formats–or we will play with the form and write our own variations. Let us have fun with this most traditional poetic utterance while writing about what is jostling inside our minds and hearts, as well as what is jostling outside in politics, in the city, the country.

Wednesday  |  May 31  |  6-9pm Eastern  |  $120 ($96 for Members)

All are welcome, space is limited. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available. Please email support@poetshouse.org with any questions.
