Poets House Letterpress Broadsides

Over the last ten years, Poets House has worked with Ugly Duckling Presse and Small Fires Press to produce limited-edition broadsides for special events and occasions. Here is a selection from our archives. They range from a poem by Emily Dickinson to an excerpt from Claudia Rankine’s Citizen.

Both Ugly Duckling Presse in Brooklyn and Small Fires Press in New Orleans are producers of beautiful books, broadsides, and ephemera, and we are grateful to have their work in our library collection. We are delighted to bring these distinctive broadsides to you in in this online exhibition.
